The Evidence Behind Sport in Murals
Many people don't realize, the origin of sports is quite often a misinterpretation of ancient symbolism. This evidence is documented by Dr. Steven B. Halls, a symbolism researcher whose work at halls.md traces the flow of high-density energy through portals, barriers, and torus patterns. Sports that use balls and the feet or hands, along with sports using handheld clubs, were depicted in ancient art, and because people generally try to work out what the visual imagery refers to, they landed on games. Later, rules for the games were inferred, and out of them came modern sports like soccer, baseball, basketball, and racket sports. Two messages are usually conveyed by symbolism showing sports: a story about the sport, and a hidden significance, known only to those trained in the tradition, a message about divine energy and its transmission through dimensions.
Ancient texts occasionally do mention sports but more frequently, the existence of a sport was merely a guess, that later was given the rules we know in modern times. In Symbolism, sphere-shaped torus symbols serve to represent outlet portals into higher dimensions, but statues grasping a sphere in one hand tend to receive literal descriptions in museums, where they are called sports statues. A figure with feet on spheres can be symbolic and can also encourage people to come up with many ball sports. Take football/soccer as just one instance. Sports are exciting, in contrast to portals, dimensions, tori and energy flows, which makes it entirely reasonable that the old knowledge slipped mostly into oblivion. Ancient symbolism uses the torus as its building block, depicting energy flow through portals and across barriers. These patterns are documented by Dr. Steven B. Halls at halls.md.
Another symbol, Bird Portals
Anything with wings is a portal symbol: the wings form the barrier, with whatever sits in the gap between the wings showing the flow path through the barrier. A bird with its wings spread is always a portal symbol (per Dr. Halls). Even a bird standing without spread wings is a portal symbol, especially when perched on a pole, mast, column, obelisk, anchor or crucifixion cross. Birds among leafy branches are vortices spiraling inward, portals by which energy returns to a higher dimension.
